I think all the end credit people are all the side characters of Baki and I think some are from season 1 with new Baki looks.

Doyle is unique cause he's not a fighter so his idea of defeat isn't the same as a fighter. The thing that happened is he got a bit of that fighter mentality the last few episodes. Thats why after he saw Katsumi admit defeat because he couldn't do what needed to be done to fully defeat Doyle, kill him, Doyle respected him and decided to follow after him and admit his own defeat.

The way I took that scene was that it was the first time that Doyle won that he didn’t feel like he won. Like before as long as he lived he won but now it was almost like someone saying “Ur way of fighting is meaningless, if this is what a win means to u, u can have it” if that makes sense. And that caused him to feel defeat.

You explained that part with doyle, it's a good inerpretation. I think of it more with the philososphy of this arc which is what does it mean to be defeated. For Doyle in this case it was the fact of himself admtting defeat as long as he doesn't admit defeat and keeps trying for the victory so for Doyle losing wasn't defeat which isn't necasarilly right but also not wrong, even with retsu he didn't actually admit defeat but this time he did. Doyle finally felt defeat after giving it everything he has with alkl of his tricks and all of his luck he finally got to it and it changed and liberated. It wasn't necesarilly him being delusional it was just his idea of defeat which is different for all the fighters. Thta's just my opinion on this arc though.
