For specific times, Diva was developed in 2056, and was released in 2060. At 1 year old, she met Matsumoto in 2061, and Vivy was born. Estella/Spaceship took place 15 years later. Metal Float/Grace took place 5 years later, where Vivy was lost. Ophelia/Antonio/Kakitani was 40 years after that, where Diva was in full control that whole time and then disappeared. This episode (beginning), 5 years pass and Vivy retires to the museum, meeting Matsumoto again. Vivy spends a whopping 20 years creating her song (end, before credits). Another 15 years pass, and the AI war begins (after credits). So it is now officially 2161, and 100 years have passed since the project between Vivy and Matsumoto was started.

When she woke up was it only a year making her 86 or did it say that she actually slept for 15 more years making her 100 like the original timeline? Cause if it didn't that means in the second timeline the war starts earlier.

EDIT* I know you talked about the same thing, my mind went the same way. Singularity Project was about stopping AI's, what if her song/music made the AI's realize that they would be stopped/destroyed and that is why they go singing that song and kill humans off. Another choice is that it's not Vivy, but Matsumoto (human) got that song data. So he might be the reason why the AI's go crazy.
