Not sure if you guys got the explanation already, but Od (pronounced Odo) and Mana is a concept that is relevant to multiple anime series, so some background info may be good. Essentially, for anime series using a magic system that divides between Od and Mana, mana is classified as the magical energy that is around you, generated from earth/nature. Magic casters (or in Re;Zero's case, spirit arts user) using mana to cast their spells absorb the energy from around them (we've seen Emilia/Reinhard explicitly do this and explain this concept on the first arc of S1). Od is then classified as the magical energy that is generated from inside one own's body. The important difference here is the storage size. Generally there is much less magical energy available in a single instance from Od, whereas Mana can be available in much higher quantity depending on your location (ie. near a leyline/a land that is rich in magical energy). A person who has enough magical energy in their body to use it to cast spells generally will regenerate their Od naturally, but slowly, and running low on Od may cause exhaustion and other side effects on the body as we've seen in Re:zero.
