It probably won't be mentioned in the anime now as it's well past where its mentioned in the light novel, but the reason the humans attack her specifically is that she is a speicies that's not native to that part of the dungeon and are known to make very deadly webs that clog up entire sections of the labyrinth if not delt with

1 vs many. Spider won, nice episode. In the opening I really think she will evolve so far that she can use human form. Similar like how Slime is using human form while still being slime.

its definitely possible. i find sometimes these isekai's are a bit fast and loose with thier governing world rules, which to be fair is fine. developing an entire video game system as a back story it a lot to ask for. i'll let it slide. It just reminds me of shiroe in log horizon when he fought for like a month straight and didnt gain one level. sometimes the little details bugs me.
