LOL them having Tatsuya leave instead of helping with the bodies are just because Honoka and the robot, who are both really into Tatsuya, are not in a lady-like state (their thighs are exposed from the ripped stockings), so it's best for them to head home rather than be out and about like that. Tatsuya agrees to leave to respect that, because they know that Honoka & the robot would rather stay and continue to help out if Tatsuya is going to do so still. More importantly though, it's another careless mistake by Tatsuya, as he should've known there'd be more parasites coming or other ops who are watching, as we soon see. Also, Saegusa wanted to know because they are supposed to be cooperating on this parasite incident Regarding the Lina thing, it's obviously an order from the colonel after she got the tip off from Yotsuba (we saw a little glimpse of the colonel sending an email to Sirius right after she spoke with the Yotsuba girl). In other words, the USNA is concerned with getting rid of evidence that the parasites have ties to USNA, hence why they destroyed the body rather than bothering with sealing. On the other hand, Yotsuba tipped USNA about the location because they'd rather have the bodies destroyed vs giving Saegusa/Kudou advantage from having the bodies to experiment/turn into soldiers from. Although we know that blonde sage guy also gave the info to Lina, we also know that he says she already had the info to begin with, which is clearly from her colonel/Yotsuba.

you made some mistake with the blond guy he is a sage yes but the no head dragon and blanche shit are with another sage (the black sage or something)

You guys are confusing yourselves lol. Tatsuya KNOWS it's Lina. He was sympathising with how she's not meant for this line of work.
