Slime is very good :) I recommend 'Arifureta' its a good isekai to when you finish slime and tania

Yeah, Tanya is for when you guys get the isekai fatigue and want something different. You'll also need to watch it though before you do Isekai Quartet in order to get the full experience. Slime is a good anime and has some good waifus but also has its ups and downs.

Slime is really good. Tanya I think was if you wanted to finish the 4 isekai shows that comedy series is running with. If you want opinion which you will enjoy more I think slime > tanya. Tanya is still pretty good show and only 12-13 episodes where slime is 24.

Tanya is great, Director would get off on the evil / OP main character - similar to Overlord.

If you guys end up watching Tanya sometime, then you'll have watched every anime needed to get most the jokes in Isekai Quartet :J If you haven't heard of it, its a short comedy anime that pulls the Overlord, Konosuba, Re:zero and Tanya casts into one place.

Well. Isekai Quartet shouldnt really by compated to "real series". And for "chibi shorts comedy" Isekai Quartet is the best of the best...hell it have 2 whole seasons, third in a making, and BETTER plot than 99% of modern Isekais *cough cough* SAO Jesus-kun clones *cough cough*...yea, that shows a lot, when something where plot almost doesnt exist would probably get a spot in "top 10 isekais with the best plot"

2021-07-24 23:59:15 If you're gonna be doing Isekai Quartet I'd highly recommend starting Tanya as Slime isn't in it. Also Slime REALLY slows down towards the end & kinda becomes a drag, still an amazing show though.
