Yeah, you guys are right. This episode skips over the part where they meet Wiz on that graveyard quest and tells it just through quick flashbacks. Konosuba's first season cut out a lot of content because they weren't sure of how popular it would be. That's why they upped the pacing and dropped a few stories along the way.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure Megumin was just scared to go to the bathroom alone. That's why she was in Aqua's room when Kazuma got there but Aqua was already gone. She didn't let Kazuma pee out the veranda because she thought if Kazuma pees he won't walk her to the bathroom since there's no reason for him to. Since she took too long in the bathroom she grabbed a vase for Kazuma to pee in. The spell she was going to say when they were alone in the room was her explosion magic she was going to blow up the whole mansion. Remember she only has one spell she hasn't used any of her other skill points to learn anything.

You weren't only one thinking when first seeing this episode as they even show some flashback scenes of meeting Wiz. Too bad we never got that first meeting with Wiz animated. Director doing some research...man of culture lol.

kazuma and aqua are basically brother and sister. and a proper brother and sister, not the wierd japanese incest ones. thats why he has zero interest in her and she in him. and the reward was 3 000 000 usd in equivalence but the damage cost was 3 300 000.

She doesn't have a bathroom fetish, she wanted Aqua to go with her because she's scared. She said that to Kazuma because thats literally how scared she is, she'd do that to keep from being alone in a haunted mansion. As for the vase, its because Kazuma told her to go in it while he was going to go piss on the veranda. Its her way of reminding him of how stupid a suggestion that was... plus she kind of likes him and wanted to see his dick.
