to me the first episode is the worst episode in the series, comedy is good enough to get me to watch more, but it took off with humor. The black bar over aquas eyes basically meaning she was making fake reviews for joining the party.

This actually might be one of those shows that you don't have to over analyze lmao most points are surface deep the only thing that gets a bit deep are some jokes within jokes! but you'll definitely love this series regardless!

to put it in perspective they are being paid 50 usd per frog :D The reason theres black bars over aqua's eyes in the scene and her voice is distorted is because those are supposed adventurer reviews of thier party, but aqua just made them up. also why they react like that to megumins name is apparently it translates into something like say for the name jennifer would be like jennipoo or jennywenny. Thier names are basically cutesy petnames or nicknames. Oh they made 344usd each from that mission.

Her two "God attacks" are incredibly OP, they just only work on evil things, the undead and demons/devils. The frogs are just animals and can't be good or evil lol
