While I am on Richie’s side on things, I do think he should apologize to Carmie. It got lost in all the yelling in the finale, but he did say he wishes Carmen froze to death in the freezer before all the “I love you” lol

Sincerely, the Best.

i agree, i think were more incline to be on Richie's side because Carmie's kinda spiraling but they both not in the right

The guy at the beginning of the episode who dropped off the micro-radishes is Chris Zucchero - he's not actually an actor, he's the owner of Mr. Beef in Chicago, the Italian beef shop the show is loosely based on. The pilot episode was filmed in Zucchero's restaurant, and the show built the set of The Beef to look exactly like Mr. Beef. All of the exterior shots outside the restaurant are taken in the River North neighborhood on Orleans Avenue, where both the real and fictional restaurants are located. Anyway, Zucchero and show creator Chris Storer have been friends since they were in kindergarten together, which is why Zucchero makes a few cameo appearances (he was in the pilot episode playing the guy who sold Carmy beef in exchange for vintage jeans and a bag of coins).

Carmy trying to raise the standard, but he is going about it the wrong way. It needs to be communicated better, and implement it gradually, you can't go from 0 to 100 the next day. I do support the intention of going to the next level because he can take them there, it's just about how to go about it
