I've been a bit delayed this week due to ill health (stomach bug or food poisoning, not sure which, no one else got ill fortunately, but it was a painful nasty experience) and spent three days in bed feeling sorry for myself playing Lego Jurassic Park with my cat who had a kitty flu flare up in sympathy.
