Love this episode. Toby was like their child throughout the whole thing. His stubbornness. Popping into parents' room while they're trying to get busy with the "I threw up". The way he dropped the dynamite when they both yelled at him was childlike. And they both handled their 'child' very differently. Also this is why escort missions suck.

The reasoning for the weird cuts is they edited exactly the way jane said it in her mission logs, this was her episode. Also Toby is essentially the kid like the episode title says. Jane being the caring mother and John being the typical grumpy dad. Lastly my theory is Jane would have to smoke John like in (2005) Mr & Mrs Smith.

Weakest episode so far imo. I wasn't able to suspend my disbelief at dozens of niggas shooting at these people for none of them to receive any injuries. What's the point of having a shootout with zero tension? This ep would have been more effective/ thrilling as a stealth mission since there was never any risk of any of them getting hurt. I guess it does decently setup their future problems though
