So you'll get to see more as time goes on but the basic idea is, apocalypse the book was created by God, and God created these beings called UMA's and artifacts. UMA's are fundamental laws of the universe in physical form. So in ep 3 when there were no stars in the sky that's because UMA galaxy didn't exist yet. Literally there are no stars in the sky, so at one point concepts like Death, time, luck, and so on never existed until the UMA's came along.

So from what I understand, th UMAs are literally concept of the word they have to capture so as to gain seats, and un localisation and I don't think it's God that add rules but the union's people by doing quest, the penalty is not a rule but another UMA and in this case, judging the UMA is motherfucking Galaxy it's gonna be some space shit and a gigantic UMA to catch. Plus it seems like until they capture the UMA in some case the same concept their represent doesn't even exist in their world (like galaxy)

Capture of UMA Burn - They have to capture the UMA Burn with Participant Count of 6 REWARD - Addition of 11th Seat in UNION 2. Capture UMA Eat - Capture with Count of 5 Reward - Location of Negator Unburn 3. This episode was so informative yet left me with so many more questions for a second when Andy told fuko to just pay attention I think he was probably talking to me as well. The fact that Gena had a death wish like Andy is sad. Wonder who founded the union to begin with was it because of God and their rules? It makes sense according to what juiz said a new one being added even if they weren't there so that's why they involve themselves but how long exactly has this been going on centuries 🤔? Instead of trying to deduce everything I just paid attention to the small things like how cool Uma burn looked or Billy the kid being epic as hell or juiz being everything plus more or what sounds like bakugo being here or the fact that when mui woke up I couldn't even tell that she had until she started talking like animators what the hell is going on with that both her and shen. Sorry had to get that off my chest. Overall I'm getting mad fireforce vibes with this show so maybe there'll be an anti union that thinks the rules must be added on some religious type thing if not then I guess we just throwing hands with God.

Pretty much correct, UMAs are one and the same with the concepts they represent. UMA Galaxy will be brought into existence along with the concept of a galaxy when the penalty is enacted. There is indeed a god enacting every penalty and who is behind it all though.
