If I had to hazard a guess, make Jordan absorbs kinetic energy and female Jordan expels it. So Jordan in male form can take the punches as his body absorbs or redirects the attack, Female Jordan then uses the stored up energy to create a kinetic blast. That’s just me guessing.

The difference btw her power and choso’s is that he can control which components of his blood he uses so he can turn coagulation off and on as needed but she can’t do as soon as the blood is exposed to the air it begins coagulation and if she recalls it she could die from a thrombus (internal blood clot) which causes a stroke or a heart attack

I don't get how anyone could hate her, she literally is just reacting to her life. Since her parents gave her the Compound V and never told her and never prepared for the day she'd get powers, their deaths are entirely their own fault. She has had no choice in anything she's done, and she's just been a pawn to be used by others or thrown away. Her saving that woman in the club was literally the first real decision she's been able to make in her life, other than apply to college.

This show does such a great job subverting your expectations for these characters. I'm sure everyone thought golden boy would be homelander jr and thats exactly what they wanted, but by the end of the first episode pretty much all of the typical character tropes are thrown out the window and you have no clue what to expect.
