So interesting bit the person that's wearing the mask and doing all the dances isn't the the same actress that plays Kim Mo Mi the mask girl actress is drop dead gorgeous also SK is a but on the self cautious side when it comes to beauty and some tend to get parts done to the point people there lose touch with what Natural beauty looks like you see it in almost all South Korea media even Celebrity to some extent if you noticed but by that logic of people losing touch with what actual beauty looks like the standard for natural beauty has changed and the actress that plays Kim Mo Mi is what's considered the natural beauty standards of Korea

Oh my god. Y’all got to put The Worst of Evil on y’all next poll. It’s recently new and it’s really good so far. But I advise to not watch the first two episodes on Hulu and watch on dramacool or something because the subs are out of sync but the rest should be fine on there. It’s a gangster-cop-action drama. That’s all Imma say. And for those who are curious and are fans of Ji Chang Wook (Healer, The K2) and Wi Ha Joon (Squid Game, Little Women) y’all are in for a treat.

For your beauty question about why she just didn’t try makeup: a lot of Korean beauty standards are based in things like facial proportions or the position and size of features, skin tone, etc. — things that everyday makeup can’t really change. Plus, it’s the whole thing about keeping “unattractive” characters out of makeup because in reality the only things that are markers for their “unattractiveness” are like…the actor being barefaced and having a bad haircut when they’re perfectly normal-looking if not beautiful offscreen lmao. Anyway, really hope you like this one! Picks up after this and I love the anthology / multiple POV style of it.

i didn’t say the next kdrama poll though — just specifically moving. sweet home was trio, aouad was trio, alice in borderland is, granted, japanese but still trio, and bloodhounds too. moving progresses into much more of an action show than drama in terms of genre, so i don’t think it’d be an unreasonable fit.
