Tbh being a lawyer is literally not about what’s right and wrong, obviously you wanna do what’s right always but you get *paid* to defend your client ultimately. I hope there’s more cases that are gray in the future

The writing for this series was done really well. The way they put subtle callbacks confirming presented conflicts in every episode, they also test your moral compass along the way and provide valuable lessons afterward. Not to mention the elite acting of all the characters especially the actress who played Atty. Woo, Park Eunbin won the Baeksang (Korea's Emmy's) Best Actress. I love this show so much.

that cham cham cham game woo young woo was playing with geu rami, one person turns their hand to a certain direction on the last cham (like young woo did with the hammer thing), and if the other person turns their head in the same direction as the hand/hammer then they get hit on the head lol. its always interesting seeing all these little games from korea, they look so fun!

Attorney Kwon is like the people who appose affirmative action. He doesnt see that Woo isnt getting anymore help than everyone else but that she needs help so shes on even ground with everyone else. She understands the hard rules of life and law but the nuances and social cues elude her because of her autism. But he doesnt understand that.

being a lawyer must be tough for some people. having to defend people who are clearly taking advantage and lying but i mean the law works that way. you gotta prove it same thing for being a cop. you gotta keep your ethics and morals out of it because as a cop you have to defend sex offenders and all that from being assaulted and all that even tho you hate them for what they did. same thing for lawyers having to defend scumbags . like dam tough jobs

@55:12 I don't think Suyeon ever really does it with that kind of attitude? At least as far as this episode goes, she never sighed and both times was just shown going out of her way to put down whatever she was holding/ stop whatever she was doing before just continuing the conversation like nothing happened. Despite how she can come across as harsh occasionally (seeing as Suyeons kind of just a straight talker, and I mean, Youngwoo kind of is too, in her straight forward sort of way) they really do just seem to have a pretty honest and straight forward relationship and such. I think because of how Woo took their interaction at the revolving doors in the beginning (and because some people don't like how she encouraged Junho to set boundaries maybe?) people sometimes hold on to a somewhat negative image of Suyeon for awhile, even though she never really shown to be cruel to anyone or anything, and actually often the opposite.
