He’s not creating a vacuum in terms of sucking lol it’s limiting the air in the palm of his hand to less than or equal to six percent oxygen creating a immediate reaction when u breathe the sucking part is like when your in space or on a plane and all of a sudden you have a crack in the window everything gushes out the air that is released creates a strong force and let’s not forget this is anime ex Jojo was much more ridiculous

Jojo had stands which were supernatural to begin with so it was to be expected. Baki has a normal man put his palm on your face and is somehow able to isolate and minimize the oxygen content in the air in his palm to below 6 percent. But yeah it's anime this happens on the daily. Have 30 year old middle schoolers in tokyo revengers punching dudes like half a football pitch away.

The random science facts in the show are actually accurate. It’s a fact that jaw positioning has a drastic effect on power lifting and whatnot. Biting down on something increases your lifting power by a percentage.

They showed this ep 1 when he escaped prison by breaking the bullet proof glass. He uses his palm as a suction cup of sorts and creates a vacuum with it. Him using it to rip apart walls and stuff is a show of how much force and suction his hand has.
