You know she meant to kill them right, I'm pretty sure a trade is the last thing on his mind. And it's not like they were on guard against him being a conqueror. Also let,s not act like they couldn't have put up a fight to allow Sinbad a brief moment to draw his sword or even the other one(since he has 2) when she came in close to take the sword and the guards backed off to allow her to reach him. Idk this just seems like a case of idiot plot imo.
