So Shira forgot which is cool, most people do but stand users have always been able to talk under water since they were introduced in part 3. Which is why it's completely obvious that they are talking under water lol and not like a mistake seen here and there. Great reaction though.

Not necessarily, GER is still the most busted stand and the reason Araki didn't put him in part 6 because he would easily negate the truth that Made in Heaven was trying to reach regardless of if he directly attacked Giorno or not. There was never any dialogue to confirm that any attack had to be directed at Giorno it also wasn't how his ability was explained.

Jotaro actually could’ve beaten MIH if he prepared some objects on him like knives or even the bullets he had against the Rats in Part 4. Pucci’s accelerated time is assumed the same time as the accelerated normal objects, and unlike C-Moon, to balance the OP ability MIH has meh close combat strength- which is how Jolyne managed to slice Pucci’s eye with a knife, it was moving at his speed. If Jotaro stopped time and threw knives, or even launched a real bullet like he had with the rats(Emporio’s ghost gun was considered part of his stand) he prob could’ve damaged Pucci at the very least
