I mean it makes sense that they don't respect Ada, if I remember right she hasn't EVER gotten her OWN hands dirty. She's always been behind the scenes helping out here and there, while always judging her family lol. Now all of a sudden she wants to be "THAT GUY", not a fan of it. I realize why they're doing it, with Polly gone (RIP) they want to fill her shoes with another strong female lead. It just seems way too forced for my tastes

So glad you saw the Arthur Stagg scene for what it was, soldier to soldier, addict to addict trying to help Arthur. Lots of reactors just rage at why Arthur isnt killing the guy and misread the scene. Emotions running high in this episode. Great reaction!!!!!!!!

i mean even if she wasn't part of the business they should hold respect cause she is tommy's kin...she's not "that guy" she's filling in tommy's shoes for a couple days and wants to not be wasting her time and get things done. ada's a politician and smart in her own ways, politics is just as much strategic as is running shelby company limited if not worse. ada's always been tommy's political advisor and despite not wanting to be a part of the dirty bus she cares for her family. she's her own person, polly has never gotten into politics, they are very different characters with diff motivations and directions...

Did we watch the same episode? When has Ada ever dressed like she did in this episode? Me and you both now, this is the first time. Tell me when has she strived in being a leader? She literally follows Tommys orders lol. That's not a leader, that's called following directions. Is she stubborn? Sure. Good with strategy? Sure. No one said she didn't care for her family. She has literally always worked in the shadows while judging her family. Literally last season she was judging Tommy Non stop. Now for some reason THIS season she wants to step up to actually be a LEADER. A blind person could see why they are doing this. Yes polly wouldn't get into politics and Ada wouldn't be given minions commands. Excerpt this season she is, and It's clearly to fill the shoes of Polly, because she passed away. I don't even know why you're even arguing, it couldn't be more obvious.

bc she's covering for tommy, she does not take the position...it's given to her and she acts the part...ada has been fashionable since season 4 since she worked in boston and tommy gave her a role of leadership there and ever since she has been a core member of the legitimate side of business. just bc someone follows orders does not mean they can't also be a leader too. she does not try to overthrow tommy nor does she try to demean anyone. polly is a mother figure to the brothers and gets them into shape which ada says herself is bad at doing, and ada does not know all of tommy's secrets like polly used to, she still criticizes tommy for the nazi business but helps him in a time of need bc that's their deal. it might just be that ada as a woman of the shelby family also is a good leader, and strategist and smart just like polly is. that doesn't mean she is a carbon copy but she shares traits of someone in the same family which we've seen with the brothers. last szn, she was tommy's political advisor and helped him with his business lol?? just bc she's given a position of authority and acts in that position of authority does not make her a threatening, tommy/polly like figure, she is simply herself not being conceited or arrogant or cocky this is ridiculous
