Yuta was downgraded to lower tier sorcerer after Rika vanished hence we see him in black uniform for a while. After only few months went by and he got back to Special grade rank again thats why we see him back in white jacket when Gojo meets him in aftercre dits. 6. The after credit scene was mentioned in S1 whne Gojo went oversees (see point 4) 7. Migeul is actually a good guy and Geto just hired him, they dont agree on the ideal, he did that for money 8. More will be explained in S2 and you are not ready for it.

Idk if it's important for their characters going forward, but it was GETO who had the positive mindset in the flashback, and GOJO was the one that didn't like righteousness(that's why he believed in him at the end). Remember, in this world, fighting against Gojo and living for around 5 minutes or so can be considered as a big threat. @Merfhew ive read the manga and I don't remember them ever actually stating this. They only stated in the manga and s1 that Yuta was overseas on missions. Pretty sure that movie ending was just implying Yuta was working with Miguel in one of these missions. Even if it was training there's no impact on the story so don't worry if its a manga spoiler or not.

For Mechamaru it was like, his body (not in the literal sense, but in terms of function) or something, I forgot what his gift he got in exchange was exactly. But with Maki, her sacrifice was cursed energy, but her gift was very exceptional physical strength. I believe it was something along those lines.

Yall are clowns for thinking Yuta is dead when his name dropped like 10xs and he even in the OP in the main show btw lmao. fun facts since yall forget a lot of things but the person who ran Rikka over and killed her was the dude Yuji wanted to recover from that first incident with the special grade in the prison. 2nd fun fact Yuta was constantly mentioned in the regular show he actually single-handedly clapped the entire Kyoto school in his first year while still not fully utilizing Rika and gave todo the scar on his face. Also, the higher-ups can 100% deal with gojo one way or the other why do you think he stays in line despite hating them? Gojo isn't invincible he's lost to Megumi's dad before and barely beat him even after getting the infinite. It's lil confusing but Yuta is already gojo level by the time Geto invades the school. They skipped a little bit of stuff but it's been 6 months and Yuta already clapped the entire Kyoto school in the interschool battle lot of people got confused by Yuta suddenly being insane but it's because they skipped the school battle. It's not really explained either but Rika as a cursed spirit is on Sukuna's level, that's why Gojo said, in the beginning, he would "risk his life to stop her" because there's a good chance Rika out of control would actually clap him. The Nunchuks Geto uses are now owned by Maki and she and megumi used them vs hanami. Geto is actually dead gojo does actually kill him won't say much more. In the End, Yuta is training with Miguel in Africa and when Gojo goes to pick him up it's right before the Shibuya arc starts...Sorcerers are mostly freelance workers Miguel was just getting paid to do a job by Geto he's not on anyone's side just like the Raven chick with the axe. Last thing to clear up in this long mess Yuta is a descendant of one of the 3 strongest sorcs just like Gojo they are cousins so he's naturally OP Rika was something he manifested and he gave it power not the other way around... You'll see in the shibuya arc but Yuta even without Rika is probably the strongest character in the show ( when he reaches full potential anyway ) He's already Gojo level by end of this movie and he's only 17. Glad you enjoyed the REAL main character in action.

If you weren't all 10 IQ monkeys you could piece together these mid level plot points. The only thing remotely spoiler here is Megumi dad and gojo having beef which was covered and mentioned early in the manga but not in the show. But stay mad. My biggest issue with the movie was Maki, in season 1 she was cool as fuck, her and Inumaki were my favorite characters. Unfortunately in this movie she played the role as the protagonist's love interest, so she was HAAARD nerfed into being a damsel in distress.

Don't wanna sound like an ungrateful piece of shit, it's a nice reaction and all but you guys were so excited you didn't focus on dialogues much. For example, during the fight between Gojo and Miguel (the black Kenyan guy), Gojo had to beat his ass so hard because Miguel has a magical rope that can disrupt and cancel cursed techniques, so Gojo's eye powers were useless against Miguel, and he had no other choice but to go full martial arts on him. That's also why he snapped and destroyed a bunch of buildings, because that rope frustrated the shit out of him. Not gonna spoil more (it's not a big spoiler anyway), but this African rope is also the reason why the boys went to Kenya at the end of the movie. And yeah, that food-eating scene looked suspicious as fuck. I swear the animators did this on purpose. It's like the second episode when Gojo looked at Itadori's face very closely, as if he was about to kiss him. Fan-service for yaoi enjoyers.

Also, keep in mind that this story was written years before JJK. So Suguru Geto's personality was not fully fledged yet. He's very stereotypical in this movie, with an evil smile like the most cliché villains. But his final personality is more complex than that. I wondered if the producers would have solved this inconsistency in this adaptation but they simply added a few scenes from season 2 at the end of the movie (the flashbacks) to show that he also had a good side to him. It's not very well done since most anime-only think Geto is a piece of shit after watching this movie. Well, I'll wait for season 2 to bring justice to Geto's name.

At around 57:46 when Roshi was asking if that was Getou or Gojo speaking first; that was actually Getou telling Gojo that sorcerers should protect the weak while Gojo was stating he hated righteousness which means he’d disagreed with Getou’s pov. That also means that a point in time Getou was like Gojo and Gojo was like current/past Getou which means They switched ideals at some given point.
