We don't know if that's actually how he got sengoku to fall for his con or not. It's what you choose to believe is truth

Again, "Hanamonogatari" is just 5 episodes that had to be cut out of this season VERY late in production. They were supposed to be after the time travel arc and before Nadeko's hallucinations. According to the (joke) commentary track, episode 5 of Hana such a huge pain to animate that they decided they'd rather deal with the CG snake flood.

Kaiki understands a Senjogahara more deeply than Araragi. It is a story about an adult preaching to a child, but it is also a story about a man protecting a woman, and because the line is ambiguous, it feels like "this is love." That's why "Koi Monogatari".

the dialogues in this ep is just *chef kiss*, especially loved the " senjougahara gets stronger with you, but nadeko gets weaker. On the flip side, senjougahara gets weaker with me, so I'm just paying you back this time". this arc is def my most fav in the series. Loved how the author portrays nadeko like the FMC's in like some cliche shoujo / romance where their whole life is just centered around their love interest, and hits her with " bro love ain't everything, go touch grass"

This is my favorite arc, I just enjoy Kaikis point of view and how he treats all the charas as kids. Also how he said since it is his point of view he might be lying but it actually feels like its all truth.

ya yall gotta remember he is a habitual liar and this story is told from his POV how can kaiki tell the story if he dead? Most likely everything we saw is a lie which is what makes the arc so much more interesting because no one really knows what really happened lol. Kaiki seems to have special abilities he purposely keeps hidden as well.
