I don't even watch their JoJo reactions , but let me say this : Netflix and Crunchyroll subs are fuckin' awful , like 8/10 times .. they are mass produced clean but dry ass literal translated subs , because they hire people who don't even know what they're translating it's just their job that they got to do Especially when it comes to something related to Japanese culture , or an inside joke thingy , something meta they fail to translate it every time ... they either westernize the meaning , translate it literally or they don't even bother to try ... same with signs and text that's on the screen (Komi san for example) So yeah , I'd rather take an amateur's subs who understands both Japanese and weeb culture

"Touch Me"... you're tripping balls. Amateur subs don't understand context for shit. Crunchyroll subs are usually pretty good, Netflix are decent enough. When watching professional and official subs, I never have seen the instance you mention. Don't get me started on the old-ass bullshit about the Komi box text, which hasn't been an issue since S1E1. Jfc, get off that bandwagon already, it's old and broken down lmao. Meanwhile, I see it all the time in amateur subs used for the overlay video in reactions, or from freebie sites. I'm half Japanese myself, and my mom is a translator/editor. I could literally tell in some instances when it's like, "That's not what he/she said at ALL. Nowhere close." That almost never happens with crunchyroll. Once in a blue moon with Netflix. Pretty much all the time with freebie-ass amateur subs. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that your statement is invalid and far from credible. You clearly don't know what you're talking about, much like the amateur subbers.
