Yall watch the OPs once per arc but always skip the ED even when this one is the best in the whole show! Oh well. One more episode and then the series REALLY starts to kick it into overdrive.

People like to call Gaen plot convenience but in my opinion she is pure comic relief because if you have someone who knows everything then they’ll always just happen to show up at the perfect time. Plot convenience all the time gets annoying but when it’s tied to one character and it’s literally their main trait it turns into pure comedy.

I always took Gaen as a parody of how Hanekawa always randomly shows up in the plot for no reason whenever Araragi needs a hint. Hell, her catchphrase is literally Hanekawa's catchphrase with all of the pretense removed.

tbh tho plot convenience is bullshit, theres only a story cus thing that at 'plot convenient' happen. araragi running into shinobu at the start of kizu is pure plot convinience but thats why theres even a story to tell so plot convenient dont tlly mean anything since everything that happens is convenient to the plot

Senjougahara is actually fine with Araragi doing what he's doing. She told him in Nisemonogatari as long as there are no feelings involved, she's ok with it.
