Doing a rewatch but When I first watched this ep it introduced me to Creepy Nuts. I was obsessed with “losstime” the song during the montage. Now they are one of the biggest groups in Japan. Intros, Outros , osts ,made by them in any show is a banger they really don’t miss

I enjoy this show because I feel it explores an adolescent attempting to learn how to separate obsession, lust, love, etc. He feels possessive because that’s how he thinks you would normally act without truly understanding it. He feels lust for her due to how she has little care how people see her body and never truly interacting with girls. And he is trying to understand love, but he’s viewing falling in love as the means to becoming a vampire and not the result, while mixing in other feelings and confusing them as maybe being love as an adolescent would when first exposed to these emotions.

Per the manga Nazuna is somewhere in her 40’s. Her personality and body are that of a teen. So I suspect she was infected when she was younger and has lived for a few decades.
