When I read the manga the one thing I loved was how absolutely terrifying the villains were. They are not making it easy for the MC, and it really makes you want to see how he’s going to get out of the situation.

Before they were just enacting their plan and if Shinpe interrrupted their plan they'd kill him. Now they are hunting him to kill him which is wayyyyyy worse lol. His starting point is now evening on the 22nd. In about 2 or 3 more loops he'll end up starting on the 23rd.

He’s looping back extremely close to when he died now. If y’all noticed he was at home cutting a sandwich he gave to Nagumo for dinner. So at most like 2-3 hours before they gathered everyone maybe.

What I love about the villains are how proactive they are. At first they thought they will get away with it regardless of Shin's power. Now that they know what Shin is capable of, they went from ignoring him, to keeping him alive to avoid loops, to now knowing loops will move their plans faster. Hunting him now makes this even more terrifying!

Yeah I would 100% recommend it! The anime adaptation has been really good so you should have no issue jumping into the manga where the episode left off. Even if you do want to start from the beginning, it’s a short manga so you’ll catch up pretty quick.

If you notice, from last episode to this episode, he literally looped back 15-20 minutes prior to Ushio cutting off his head. So, if the sandwich was made hours before this latest death, our boy might have actually made PROGRESS this time, which would flip things on the villains heads. Not sure if that's a clue from the writers or not, but your point made me think.

I don't think he loops backwards from the point he died. When he died the first few times it was only a day or two after getting there and he ended up in the boat. When he made it all the way to the festival he went back the docks. I think he loops back from where ever he died the very first time, when he got the eye the first time. So he actually lost 2-3 hours.

I think if he cuts it off immediately ater looping, and then loops again the starting point would move past the time when he cut it off, making it permanent

I think you need to read more carefully before you say something lol. Every time he loops, the point that he loops back to is later in the day than the last loop. If he cuts his arm off right after looping, and then immediately loops again, that should garuntee that the start time will move past the moment that he cut off his arm. Meaning when he loops the second time, he will have already cut his arm off like an hour ago
