Japans school year ends in March and starts again in April. Typically the month of August is summer break so they return to the same teachers in September. The schools operate on a trimester system and some have cultural festivals / sports day when returning from summer break.

its cheating, not supposed to use them but people get away with it. Schools can be way to lenient in USA, and when rules are changed or increased most people throw a fit, like their freedom is being taken away. Same thing with politics, as an american i can tell you this, Americans are dumbasses with freedom lol. They throw a fit with one logical rule/law.

roshi i had summer assignments in hs and i had different teachers everyear you were suppossed to check your new teachers syllabuses or if it was a summer reading assignment it was usually something general for all kids in your year and it was on the school website. edit : hol up you didint even get homework?? my guy i dont think u were at a school 😭 sounds like a giant club, i think u at that age you just starting to forget what hs was like bruh cuz no hw is crazyy i wish
