Stopping the all valley would have just made it worse its not like the dojo's would just stop because the tournament was gone. As crazy as it may sound tory had a point about how they weren't the only ones fighting yet they were the only one's getting punished for it. Bro how is robby ungrateful to a mf that has done nothing for him lol johnny has done nothing for him and did the bare minimum when it came to fixing there relationship. Also you end up taking johnny side more because you loke assholes and think there funny lol. As sad as it is kreese is the only person that was straight up with robby and the only one that hasn't betrayed him in some way.

I honestly feel very sad for Robby. It's just been a downward spiral when he just wanted a happy place to belong for once, let's not forget he tried to at first stop the fight at the school before it escalated and Miguel's fall was an accident. We know he's been struggling since the start to trust anyone and whether or not some may not like it was Daniel at first, Johnny was unfortunately not there every step with the bare minimum in help, it's only worse with his relationship with Miguel, I can understand the bitterness it's like Miguel is taking the place of all things he should be in his perspective. Even, though he's going to Kreese right now I think they're obviously trying to make parallels to Johnny and Daniel's rivalry but instead Miguel and Robby have to be the bigger men here and not let this consume them.

You'd think after kicking someone off a second story railing and causing them to be paralyzed for a while it would make you not be aggressive towards them but not only did Robby get angry at Miguel but he really tried to hit him. I get that Robby is going through a lot but he really had the nerve to try and hit Miguel after what he did to him.

Lupa you can be released from a waiver at a judges discretion if there was clear negligence taking place i.e. event organizers, amusement/water parks, and haunted houses. A waiver is not iron clad or absolute. It's hell of difficult to prove or easy depending on transparent egregiousness in the other parties handling of the event which resulted in the injury you sustained physically or emotionally.

It was clear that Robby was going to end up with Kresse was the only one that actually gave Robby useful advice while in jail. Also I think the whole reason he overdid it is because Miguel in Robby’s eyes is no different than the rest of Cobra kai plus his dad tries to make a better relationship with Miguel than his own flesh and blood Johnny let’s his rivalry with Daniel get in the way of actually being a decent father every time. Johnny set up a visitation and didn’t go to be with Miguel who he tries to be with even if pushed away if Robby pushed away Johnny gives up. Sam went to visit Miguel not Robby also when she was the main reason he got in the fight

I am mad with both Robbie and Sam man... Robbie for having the nerve to try to attack Miguel again after kicking him off what seemed like the third floor of the building even though Miguel showed him Mercy... This dude learnt ZERO lessons despite spending the time in juvie for almost murdering a fellow student... Then there is Sam who never owns up to her mistakes, like the Drama she caused with Miguel and Robbie that started the Mega-School Fight in the first place, then she decides to get her "gang" to confront Cobra Kai kids and gets another friend's arm broken... What has your Sensei taught you Ma'am? To keep doing stupid shit and act like you are the victim every time? No, Miguel was the one that got put in a coma, your "BF" got sent to juvie, and you got another friend's arm broken. Sam was even the reason Kreese was able to get a restraining order against her Mom, because she picked a fight and then cried to Mom, making Mommy go commit "assault." Literally her and her parents still think she can do no wrong, while she has caused a lot of problems directly and indirectly...
