Ah yes, the series' secret main character. 22:28 "Kaguya, did you arrange for Ogino?" - She actually did, indirectly. But they omitted that in the anime. This ep also explains why Ishigami was so animated with the "URUSE BAKA" back in S1E10 when Miyuki was confiding to him about getting into a fight with a girl "for a friend".

Fun Fact that the anime left out. Kaguya had something to do with the trash BF being transferred out. Don't think it said much, besides Kaguya giving the details to a group of students who...well let's just say that they have a lot of power/influence over a lot of things in japan due to their family name. So buddy and his family probably got the short end of the stick in the end.

I really love how they foreshadowed ishigami’s horrible reputation, every time you hear random students or classmates that aren’t the main group talking about him they always talk smack or gossip, saying things like “thats the boy who…” or “careful, thats ishigami” it also ties in to why he kept himself the hidden member of the council at the start due to wanting to avoid slander and scorn.

Ishigami is one of my favorite characters in this show but when Shirogane have these kind of moments of helping people I can't help but put him up there with Ishigami. In general I really like their broship.

Remember when Kaguya told Papagane in the previous episode, that by realizing there were selfless people in the world, it changed Kaguya's perspective? It then flashed over to an image of Ishigami and Fujiwara. The end of this episode is what Kaguya was referring to, when she thought about other people who were selfless. At exactly 23min in, she says: "He chose to go through all that for no benefit". At first, I thought "selfless acts" in the previous episode was a weird translation when showing Fujiwara and Ishigami, but it isn't. We, as the audience, just didn't know what had happened yet.

"Uruse" actually means "shut up," not "go to hell." Feel like "go to hell" is a bit extreme, and doesn't have the same vibe as something simple and witty like "shut up" in that tone and context.

The manga for the flashback was actually edited in Japan. The original magazine printing was something along the lines of "Come over to my place tonight, you can have your way with her". This was changed to what you saw here in the volume printings.

If that was me, I'd bash his face in even more, since I'd get suspended anyway, and then proceed to proceed to leak all of the images and videos I got to every single social media channel I could, and after it was proven that I was right all along , I would go make HIM write the apology letter. Well yeah you'd be a serious low life to let the the pics leak online and Ishigami is a better man than you for sure because he knew the repercussions it would have on the girl more than it would on the guy. she'd be publicly humiliated it would seriously impact her, as a woman and a victim, more than it would the guy. this is japan we're talking about c'mon man. then again she WAS a bitch. Despite everything Ishigami was right to do what he did he chose to take the blame for her sake even if she was ungrateful because he knows the implications it would have on her life would be far worse than if he chose to tell the truth which is what makes him such a good dude.

The cheerleading club were never the ones making fun of him. All of the clubs at the school were assigned to red or white team, and the cheerleaders were on red. The people complaining that they would lose because of him etc. were just other students on red team in other clubs. It was also awesome how Shirogane blocked Iino from going to him after the race. Shirogane wanted to show Ishigami that there were people all around him that cared, not just the student council, so he let the cheerleaders go to him instead. Excellent episode.
