Replace every time Kuroiro says "dark" with "black" because his power is about blackness specifically. His Quirk is literally "Black" (the English word) and his Hero Name is Vantablack not Vantadark (that sounds so stupid).

I thought ppl are born looking like their quirks if they are mutant-type quirks. Like tokoyami was born with a bird head and mina was born pink. Because in episode 1, they said a baby was born emitting light (I'm guessing its a mutant-type quirk). Emitter and Transformation type quirks develop over time.

Tokoyami is an emitter. Appearance doesn't really matter, sometimes people are just born with odd bodies, that may or may not be related to their quirk. Mutant quirks are quirks that permanently alter the body, meaning that the alterations are the quirk itself. Ex: ojiro's tail, tsuyu's whole body. Transformation quirks, are alterations that can be turned off and on. Ex: Kirishima, and shishio(the beast guy from 1-B). Emitter quirks are quirks have affects outside of the body. They're the widest ranging, and include anything from lasers, matter alteration/generation, energy absorption, and more. Ex: One for all users, Aoyama, Koda, Mina.

They are really diversifying their animation abilities. I like the way these fights are going. I don't see how people couldn't think these fights are lit. Anime is really firing this arc up.

I believe this arc felt boring in the manga because 1: Each chapter was shorter than usual (Horikoshi was having personal problems). 2: Reading the short chapters week to week felt like it was being dragged on. 3: The placement of this arc was out of the blue, and at the time people were more interested in the actual story than the school stuff.
