I don't know why they keep going against what is being said in the episode. First they deny that Rudy's family was actually invited when they outright said it then explained why they didn't show up and then they explain that Eris actually came to Rudy's room because she thought he would be lonely and she clearly likes Rudy and cleans up for him but they say it was solely because her dad put her up to it. They did have it shown that her dad was willing to do that kind of messed up shit but that wasn't made clear that it happened specifically because of him. I'd just go along with what the series clearly says lol.

@Erd'na Rudy came out the womb with the mentality of a 34 year old man. Even if he is physically a kid he even considered himself to be older than Paul and Zenith so yeah he's an old man. And the case you're trying to make with Aang is a bad one cause with the Avatar they are literally starting a new life when they are being reincarnated while Rudy is just trading off bodies while keeping his previous identity from before. Aang never woke up with Roku's consciousness when he was born, he developed his own identity and was able to tap into the past lives later on. The actual Rudy never got a chance to develop his own identity cause the 34 year old man (forgot his actual name) inhabited his body since birth.

@Erd'na I realize that age is based on someone's physical age and that Rudy is 10 physically but we literally witnessed his consciousness transfer from his old self to a baby so yeah we can confidently say that his mental age is 44 now at this point. And in the case of the Avatar yes they get reborn into a new body but they develop their own sense of self before tapping into the past lives. It's not like Roku's consciousness is in charge of Aang's body when he's born, everything resets so they are a brand new person when they are born but that's not the case for Rudy. With the case of the Roku quote, no he wasn't referring himself as a different person from Aang but it's still up to Aang to learn the elements himself. It's not like Roku can control Aang's body and do it for him, but in Rudy's case it's a 44 year old man in control of a 10 year old's body.

Yes Aang, Roku, and all the other avatars are the same entity but they're not the same person. It's not like the consciousness of the Avatar before is taking over the next one's body, it's just being added on to the new avatar. And no one is saying that it's wrong to have sexual thoughts when they're young, some people develop earlier than others but it's not the case with Rudy. How're going to ignore the fact that not only does Rudy says he's older than his own parents because of his mental age but it's definitely not normal for a baby to have the mental capacity of a 34 year old man so him having sexual thoughts towards young girls is weird.

No it's not, there's been hundreds if not thousands isekai before that. Mushoku Tensei was written in 2012 for gods sake, that's 9 years ago, people need to start using their heads instead of saying nonsense. Log Horizon, Kyo Kara Maoh!, Sword Art Online, just some of the bigger ones, hell even Konosuba came out only a month December 2012 after Mushoku Tensei.

When we say the Godfather, by that we mean the most influential. You take the most famous modern Isekais and you can trace back inspiration from this series. That's irrefutable. Also If you're gonna try to be a smartass and bring up examples like Log Horizon and SAO, then make sure you know about .hack//G.U or even Ragnarok which precede the game designed world building concept for animes. Also "being transported into another world" is only 1 facet of the genre that came to be known as "isekai" in modern terms. That's not an original idea. By that stupid definition Harry Potter would technically be an Isekai if it was an anime. "Now and Then, Here and There" and "The Vision of Escaflowne" far predates "Kyou kara Maou" which btw, is trash.

First off, this main character isn't in his forties. He merely remembers his past life. He is still a 10 year old child with the "wisdom" gained from his past life. Also, in that past life.. he was a shut in who never grew up mentally at all because of the bullying and trauma.

In the Light Novel, both parents put her up to it. But she herself was also not entirely against it. Which is why she freaked out when he started moving too fast but still told him to wait until he was 15 and they could do it. In the book it gives you an update every chapter about how she feels about Rudy. And long before this scene came up, she had already decided that she was in love with him.

Seriously an MMO in that world, or a 3rd person action RPG in this world, in Shield Hero or in Reincarnated as a Slime! I seriously would absolutely love either of those three, but no let's make the same fighting games over and over that 10% of gamers play. Rudeus does get effected by his body as we see he isn't turned on by close relatives even when he doesn't consider them family and his body learns faster so he does get effected by his body. If rudeus completely did not change then basically he would be attracted to his mom and his siblings because he would consider them his real siblings. But even with relatives of his mom that rudeus considers attractive he finds it weird that he is not attracted to them which means he is being effected somehow.
