Selka's "Sacred Art" didn't do anything that special or permanent. She simply transferred some "Durability," or HP. Not Max HP, current HP. Consider it like a healing spell in an RPG that costs HP instead of MP to cast. ...By the way, have y'all decided to watch the opening yet? I feel like SAO is the same thing every season, I like the first half and hate the second half (Well in this case its two separate seasons) Alicization is easily the best of SAO

I fully hate when people say things like "I like sao when it was sao again" and other shit just because they didn't understand what all of the seasons are about. the flashy fights and skills are cool, but this isn't about being a battle shonen and the fact soo many miss the real point is disappointing. All of this, from episode one of season one, is about the effects of VR on the mind, the psychological aspects of it all. The reason Kirito is goated is because of the continued trauma he puts himself through. He HAS to be in the virtual world at this point, because that is where he feels the most real. The theme is the same every season with just a different skin on top of it. That is why it doesn't matter if it's swords, guns, high fantasy elves, etc. It's all based on the way their mind reacts to it all happening. How some thrive and others become murders instead
