it's doping as in "blood doping" some pro athletes will pump extra blood into their bodies before a match to increase the amount of oxygen going into their muscles. Thus allowing to perform better.

Kamo really doesn't want to kill Itadori because of the principal. Their interests just aligned. Kamo even said it himself that as the heir to the clan there are somethings he can't abide by.

Agreed. I mean, as far as the anime goes, it's neither been confirmed nor denied what his true intentions are, but I feel like we can mostly assume that he's still the Principal of a Jujutsu school, first and foremost. He goes about shit in a savage way, he schemes, but he's probably just doing what he thinks is right and best for the Jujutsu community. Also like Panda said, most of the peeps at Kyoto don't really know Yuuji very well, so they just see him as a dangerous curse pretty much. The exceptions being Miwa and Todou. Miwa is just generally a sweet and compassionate person. Todou judges ppl based on their taste in women..... being possessed by a curse is irrelevant as far as he is concerned. XD

So when Fushiguro says "doping" he is referring to when someone extracts blood from their own body and stores it fresh! And if they later add it into their blood stream later, the volume of blood in the body is higher than normal and the hemoglobin is also higher causing the heart to beat faster and give you more oxygen and blood circulation. This was used by athletes back in the day to get more stamina in races but now is banned! Just a cool fact! Atleast thats what i got from Uni!

So I think that Fushiguro figured out a way to keep items and stuff in a stored space or dimension cause if you remember when he was training with Maki and them he was able to phase his hand through the ground. That's probably how he got the sword out of nowhere.
