I mean..... what were they supposed to do? Not fight? Like, if you're faced with an unbeatable enemy like that, and you have people you want to protect, are you gonna just stand there and give up like, "Welp, she's op, so I guess that's that. Sorry I failed you Emilia." Nah, you're gonna fight, regardless of how strong the enemy is. Run? You won't get very far, and that could put more ppl at risk. Pandora didn't show up because they were all dead whereas she is still alive. Plus, she's probably not interested in Subaru like they are.

Ok so a possible answer to the question about why pandora didn't show up at the time where those other witches gathered with subaru can be thought of like this. First off, we know that the witches that showed up died and were the "victims of satella". We don't know how exactly they all died yet but we do know that they did. Given the information we have right here as far as we know pandora is still technically alive and well since she made it out of the forest. She is a part of the witch cultists as seen in the last couple of episodes. So maybe when Echidna was talking with Subaru the only witches that could have shown up are the ones that I explained were part of Satella's story and they were already dead by the time subaru had the talk with all of them. This is just a thought based on what I know. Someone can tell me if I accidently spoiled because I do know some stuff that the anime hasn't caught up to yet. I tried my best to give a possible explanation based on what the anime shows.

I think it's moreso the fact that she's egging them on with her general demeanor. She throws trigger words at Fortuna from time to time regarding Emilias parents, and in general she's just kinda annoying and inconceivable. The mind games Pandora plays are crazy.

Yo I know people have probably been bugging you for a while to watch the Frozen Bonds OVA but honestly, if you have the time, now would be the perfect time to do it. It is pretty much a direct continuation of Emilia's backstory from the end of her trial so it kinda cleans up the loose ends of her story.

Roswaal was so intrigued by Otto because through the entire last 2 arcs he was consistently doing different things in each of Subaru's loops. Roswaal didn't know who Otto was because he didn't appear in his Gospel, meaning he's an independent factor regardless of whatever prophecy may have dictated. He's clearly a much bigger character than we realize, more than most others in the show.

I think it's mostly the fact that she isn't interested in Subaru since Satella was able to enter the witches' tea party. So she probably could've showed up if she wanted to.

The reason pandora didn't show up to the witch tea party is because she's still alive. The others are dead and living in the dream world created by echnida.

READ THIS: 400 years ago the witch of envy consumed the other six witches.. meaning they died 400 years ago. Pandora wasn’t one of the other witches who were killed by the witch of envy, which is why she can’t be in the witches tea party. She’s still roaming the living world in Subaru current timeline.

My boy Petelgeuse is more tragic than Subaru!! Guy killed the one person he loved then got manipulated by the one who caused him to do it, spends the next 100 years trying to bring back the witch of Envy by using the niece of the one he loved so much, whom Fortuna loved more than anyone else, as if her own daughter.... All this only to be rejected by the witch of Envy and killed by Subaru.. The man is the epitome of love, despair and rejection!! I badly hope Subaru uses the authority of sloth of which he gained from defeating Petelgeuse, and kills that Vanity ho!!

Love this episode so much Emilia finally awakens somehow the show got me to care about geuse, won’t even insult by calling home Betelgeuse anymore that’s not his true name, by giving him one of the saddest backstory s to date despite what he did to my girl,forever best girl fuck you and Emilia (jk she’s fine), rem and sets up seemingly the final antagonist in Pandora who by the way is seemingly a newer witch from 100+ years ago not one of the ones satella absorbed 400+ years ago and she wouldn’t be invited to the witches tea party she’s not apart of the OG squad didn’t catch an invite... truthfully she’s like stealing satellas shine by absorbing the witch cult as her own but Satella and suburu by extension have the only power that would be Able to defeat her it seems because of the ability to reverse time infinitely she seems to just change fate but in one timeline I guess we will see though

Yeah, I don't know why they put such a spoilery intro in there. Even the intros for season 1 and the beginning of season 2 were awesome and adequately vague by just showing characters that would appear in the season.

Dunno if someone already said this, but in season 1 episode 15 while Betelgeuse is torturing rem he says 'how could you? with your hands, your fingers, you... killed her' with tears in his eyes. He was talking about Fortuna. This man was a victim
