Megumin is what Japanese would call "Chunibyo". It translates to something along the lines of "mid-two disease". Basically, it's a middle school student with delusions of grandeur who fronts like they have some secret power or knowledge. I mean, Megumin is hella powerful, but she's kind of a spoof on this stuff. Most of the characters in the show are stereotypes of phenomenons in Japanese culture. There's the otaku, the diva, the chunibyo... others that shall remain unlisted for spoiler reasons. Lol. I love this show.

The voice acting in this show is god-tier. Also idk if you all have seen Re:Zero, but the VA for Megumin is also Emilia in Re:Zero as well.

note, alot of japanese think the way megumin talks is funny/cringy because she ALWAYS uses honorifics/formal/polite speech. kudasai,desu,etc are all only used when talking to your elders,superiors, or important people. but she uses it for everyone like shes trying way too hard to be a adult

Thier party isnt actually that bad when you think about it. One generalist character being kazuma, Massive damage one-shot character being magumin, a healer/magical tank being aqua, and a full-on WALL being Darkness. Just position the characters correctly and it'll work amazingly. The only problem, kazuma is the only one that actually practices common sense in combat( sometimes megumin does too but not very often). Thus kazuma is the only one who can do much of anything.

Frog has a mild flavor similar to chicken but the consistency of like fish and a chicken wing. It's kind of weird and tastes best with sauce. It's found in french and chinese cuisine, similar to snails and other weird animals. I swear humans are the weirdest thing ever, turning anything into food. Lets not even get into crickets.
