Ba seing sei was hyped as this wonderful place but in reality its just as fucked up as the fire nation. The Fire nation is based on powerful empires that took over the world like Alexander the great and the Greeks. Later on in history the Romam Empire. Ba seing sei is obviously based on what happens ina dictatorship.

I don't think that was blue fire, that was just the glint of the sword. Zuko swung his sword pretty hard and fast afterall, and it basically showed with that slow-mo. As for Jet, I find it a bit ironically sad that he was right about Iroh and Zuko being Fire Nation but because of the way he was acting, he just came off as crazy. We as the audience know that Iroh and Zuko aren't bad people or going to do anything to the city despite being Fire Nation, but Jet doesn't know that. So from an objective perspective, he was doing the right thing. Afterall, Ba Sing Se IS the last Earth Kingdom stronghold left. Two firebenders hiding in plain sight is cause for suspicion. For all Jet knows, they could be infiltrators. It's just too bad he came off as crazy and the Dai Li are trying hard to suppress anything war and Fire Nation related.

You guys commented on long feng’s voice like it was familiar. He’s voiced by the (amazing imho) actor Clancy Brown, one of my favorite actors. He’s kurgan in highlander, kelvin in lost, and brother Justin in carnivale. He also does the voices for Lex Luthor and Mr Krabs in SpongeBob. One of the best villain voices in the business.
