I understand it's frustrating, but the other two heroes don't have the information that we have being viewers. When the royal family is telling you something and have provided footage, even though it's fake, it wouldn't be that hard to believe. Just seems counterintuitive to call them idiots in this situation.

Spear hero is a White Knight believe all woman Simp. Bow hero is a gullible and naive teen. Sword hero is indecisive and flip floppy. They mean well, but, they go full clip into whatever viewpoint they have instead of staying calm and collected. This is a flaw in their characters that if they overcome would make them pretty cool characters. Kinda of like Naofumi having iron walled off emotions, which he is starting to let out and express over time.

I get why Ren aggravates you so much. He SHOULD know better but he falls into that mob mentality too easily. Oh and definitely haven't seen Lupa get this mad since Gohan's elimination in Dragon Ball Super.

That is a part of what makes this show so good. The characters act on the info given. From the Sword & Bow hero's view, Naofumi still is a rapist, but a powerful and shittt ally that they need to work with. They don't know that was a lie. So they treat him like a rapist when he pulls up, and he's is a slave owner too. From their side, Naofumi is a "rapist", slave owner, asshole that just threatened to kill the King, and they watched video evidence of Naofumi's party "murdering" and kidnapping the princess. They don't really know him at all, but the things they do know make it hard for them to give benefit of the doubt. But they do take pause when they see something is wrong, like with the duel and the cheating. But they are still teen boys, so they don't get some of this shadiness yet

Of the other three heroes I only like the Sword. He's not a creepy womanizing simp like Motayasu, and he's not an immature child like the Bow Hero. He fucks up a lot and is still a little gullible, but he's learning. He's the most open minded of the other three heroes.
