This is my 3rd time watching this and I just realized something. At the end of episode 8 when they revealed that something had happened to their friend, the message from her phone said "I'll be there." "My new friend." or something like that and then they received a call from the distorted voice that again said he would be there. Now in this episode Cheng is in her body changing things PROIR to that message and call, meaning we saw the future results of what happened in this episode back in that episode. Cheng just told him to not hurt her and that at 10am he would get a clue as to where to show up and then for him to show up at the same time that night. So Cheng was in her body a day in the past talking to the guy, while in present time at the exact same time the guy was at their studio because that's what Cheng was instructing him to do in the past. This is why I kept recommending this show because it is so dope.

Also, it's fun rewatching this after season 2, I understand why the murderer wants to be ta de pengyou he Cheng Xiaoshi (I'm writing in pinyin to avoid spoiler allusions). Season 2 is so epic and ties everything together. Can't wait until Season 3.
