Hard to say..both openings reflected Ichikawa's condition at that stage of the show very well, both visually as well as lyrically. Also both of them are very catchy so it's very difficult to choose one over the other

I feel like most of the main characters in the show have something weird going on like the mc. There's a lot of characters acting in ways that aren't clearly explained and will probably be revealed later, but yeah that's my theory.

I'm really appreciating how ya'll are engaging with the show and noticing things like you're already calling cap on Ichikawa's "murderous" tendency. A lot of people got turned off early because of that, but you both saw through it and realized the type of kid he really is. I just know you're gonna enjoy this show. Love to see it.

they take some liberties when showing the size difference. shes 'gigantic' but shes only 5'8" , and hes tiny but hes 5'2" . they literally just reversed the hieghts. but in some scenes shes drawn like a foot taller than him. in reality the top of his head should be around the bottom of her ear maybe even the top of it.

I always love the fact that Roshi has to remind himself on multiple different anime's "This is a child" before his mind says something. Sometimes Anime makes you forget which character is young and who isn't.
