If you want to print greater than 0.6mm I'd suggest something like an E3d Volcano hotend to increase the melt zone, otherwise you end up either with the material at the core of the filament not melting or end up having to decrease extrusion rate to a point you lose the benefit of a larger nozzle. As for a changer setup, I have an E3d Toolchanger which is awesome, but there's a neat Kickstarter project called "xchange" that looks really interesting.
