Who are they? Because I have seen a lot and Rui has the Sexiest Characters and seems to know Exactly how to do the shine. All I see on the other sites is black and mostly Genshin Impact. It's sad, since Pantyhose are So Very Sexy and most artists don't even try or don't even do them right if they do.

Yeah, he's alright, but he doesn't capture the shine quite the same as Rui. I do like them both, but Rui has more of a focus on PH which I just LOVE. He also tends to focus on Shiny and Seamless most of the time which is the very Best look! Thanks for the info on Milapone...only ever saw a few of his works with PH.
