I'm sure you've seen this by now, if you're the type of person who would watch things like this. I find this to be a multi-layered narrative worth unpacking. Bath and Body Works is a particular kind of store: a mid-priced mall shop that sells its customers the (literal) aroma of bourgeois luxury and class. But of course, its products are merely substitutes for the spa treatment B&BW's clientele cannot afford.

Also, as the COVID-19 vaccine makes its way around the country, and people (stupidly) rush back into public, we will see more of this kind of pent-up anger exploding onto innocent bystanders, particularly those charged with staffing establishments like this. If we were anticipating a burst of fellow-feeling upon being reunited with the crowds we've avoided for over a year, think again. All those fights over masks themselves will still be there once the masks come off. 

Americans hate each other, and they actually hate this country, but the ideology of mandatory patriotism and exceptionalism prevents us from reckoning with this. In a nation that lionizes the individual to a psychotic degree, every systemic failure must be someone's fault. So why not that poor sap over there with the nametag?
