In this video we take steep hike to both Tarzan waterfalls and pools. The landscape is very similar to the red dirt of Hawaii. I enjoy the wide opening of the jungle to bathe in both the sun and cool water. This is the perfect combination for me. My ideal afternoon, a little exercise, sun, picnic, and beautiful place to lay around and soak up the beautiful surroundings. The trek to the waterfall is short, 15 minutes, and rewarding. Easy to find if you set off from the windmill in the correct direction. The trek to the pools is 45 minutes with various paths, ATV trails, and multicolored markers. This can be confusing or detour one from continuing. Know all the markers do end to the same place. You cannot see the pools from up top as you trek down. But, when returning from the pools to go home, hike up and towards the windmill. It's impossible to get lost. Guam hikes are above average hot, sometimes surprise rain, always bring twice the amount of water, and don't forget sunblock. I always get bitten by bugs, so Off is a must for me, especially if I am out past sunset.
