Monthly Theme: PRIDE! 🏳️‍🌈 (Patreon)

Hello Beastlings!

This month - rather than having a poll, let's go with the fact that it is Pride Month!

We can share stories about what pride means to us, maybe educate each other on why having a month of recognition is important for the LGBTQA+ community and celebrate our similarities and our differences!

I know that this is a divisive topic (which still blows my mind) on most public platforms, but here on Patreon I know that you are kind and open people and that's what makes this community so special to me. Like a little refreshing oasis in the dumpster fire called the internet! So please - let's remain that way!

Having toured the world, my eyes are wide open to the fact that cultures and social norms differ greatly from country to country, and sometimes even within a country (for example, the north and south USA). How cool is it that we can all directly interact with one another here and teach each other about such things?

If you do not have any personal attachments to pride month, maybe you can reflect on what makes you proud as an individual. Your accomplishments, the challenges you have overcome,  the good deeds you do.

Who are some of your favourite LGBTQA+ musicians? Obviously Rob Halford tops the list for most of us! Some of my closest friends and colleagues are gay, so, although I am not gay myself, I really want them to feel safe, respected and celebrated for who they are and to not feel ashamed or excluded.
