Mindscape: Motion Pictures: Sunset (Patreon)

Hello Beastlings!

I present to you my first Motion Picture! Sunset!

This was inspired by the theme from March - Sunsets - and by all your contributions in the comments, community tab and in the Virtual Meet & Greet on the subject!

I wanted to bring you something that combines spoken word poetry, photography, music and our theme and collaborated with Sascha Gerstner of Pace Arts to create this amalgam that we are calling "Motion Pictures"! Essentially, that's what they are; moving pictures!

Sunset

On clouds of gazes she rests.

On a bed of applause she sleeps.

She casts her glow on those below who cheer and sneer and weep.

And if she ever dared to let fall rain or snow,

Anger and mischief rumble the pitchforks down below.

As her pirouette approaches a crescendo,

Who is still and watching while the other keeps a tempo?

She sinks into horizons, into darkness we descend now.

I hope you enjoy this little moment, it was a pleasure creating it for you guys!
