I have been passionate about working out since I started training at age 11. I also really enjoy sports and competed in volleyball and karate. I studied exercise science and worked in a gym in my early twenties.

Physical exercise is one of the best anti-depressants out there. Even if you don't like working out, try to do just a few minutes of something... even just 3-10 minutes a day. It could be as simple as pushups, crunches and squats which require absolutely no equipment. It allows you to feel in control of your body and consequently, in control of your day. I recommend doing this in the morning.
