New Charity Donation (Patreon)

Hello Beastlings!

The results of the most recent Charity Poll are that we will make our donation to an organization focused on Suicide Prevention.

This donation cycle got swept up in the chaos of 2020 and donations to the Australian Wildfires and a few others took precedence, but there is no time like the present to focus on self-care.

We started this poll back in a very different world, but I think this cause is even more important than ever considering so many of us are struggling with our mental health due to the pandemic.

So, I would like the recipient to be Crisis Text Line. I feel that, these days, most people (especially young people) are more comfortable expressing themselves over text rather than in person or over the phone. Although I do think learning social skills to be able to do the latter is important, I also think it's important to meet people where they stand when they are in a time of need and asking for help. That's why I like this organization: it makes it very EASY and COMFORTABLE to ask for help. And that is a very important first step to healing.

Although this service is not yet available worldwide, I think that it soon will be.

So - I will make the donation on behalf of all Beastlings, as always. Thank you so much for being a part of this community and really making the world a better place!
