Hello Beastlings!

I hope you are all doing well!

I am trying to stay off social media and stay in the zone here in the wilderness. I have to say, I am experiencing a LOT of weird emotions while writing... frustration, panic, pride, desperation, joy, peace... 

I guess that is what the creative process is all about! The full-on isolation is scary but refreshing. The album feels imposing and foreboding but also cathartic. It's a real journey, I have to say. I didn't know there were so many internal blockages I would have to get through to make these songs happen. I can tell you one thing for sure, though: These songs are straight from my soul (if I have one). I don't even really care if anyone else likes them because I LIKE THEM and I'm doing exactly what I want. I really feel that these songs will feel super close and stimulating, like the sensation of touching tree bark with cold hands in the winter... (do I have cabin fever?! Maybe!)

Anyways, I'm excited for you all to hear this. I'm using my voice in ways I never got the chance to in the past.
