Hello Beastlings!

Here's a little time-lapse video of a painting I've been enjoying working on for a while. It is a reproduction of a detail of a piece by Greg "Craola" Simkins. He's one of my favourite artists!

I would love to do this in oil paints but since it is impossible to travel with my painting gear I'm acquainting myself with digital painting for now. Not quite as much fun for me so far, but still a great option. The sequence you see here is NOT my usual plan of attack when it comes to painting; I'm doing this to learn the medium and so far it is serving it's purpose! I'll post the final product when it is finished!
