Natsumi has always been pretty strong, so it seems like a perfect fit for her to bulk up, but Yoriko? The normally scrawny girl seems to have a knack for body building. I'd hate to be a criminal getting caught by these beautiful mountains of muscle!
...say, aren't they just traffic cops? Why do they need to bulk up so much?
