Fate is often cruel. Finding a mistress who desires the bounty only a large bosom can give, but having rather lacking breasts yourself. Sometimes drastic problems take drastic actions. Gaining weight was the key, but in Hana's case, came with a heavy price to pay, quite literally. So enormously fat and heavy, she's no longer able to move on her own accord, but having obtained a large set of tits, it was just a small price to pay for her.
